Also featured is Ultimate Blast, UBC’s gala cocktails, spirits and wine tasting event held in October in New York City. Video reviews of each top-scoring Chairman’s Trophy winner from both the 2011 and 2010 Ultimate Spirits Challenge are presented by F. Paul Pacult, Judging Chairman and UBC Co-founder.
