Aromatics are a banquet of grassy, raw cane, shale, minerals, dry earth, yellow fruit (quince, pear) fragrances that operate in harmony but with the lead player being the intense grassiness. Flavors are lanky, lean, concentrated, herbal, vegetal, grassy, but gently sweet in the finish which is elegant.
