Deep amber/chestnut brown color. Estery, astringent nose is full of red cherry, red plum, sweet oak, vanilla bean, parchment. Flavor profile is off-dry, nutty, toasty, sappy, cedary, mutlilayered, complex, mature. Aftertaste lingers a long time in the throat and is fruity, ripe, smoky.
