Musky, hauntingly ethereal notes of cool spice, pistachio and toasted coconut bring to mind delicately perfumed Southern Indian masala. Greeting the palate with dried peach, rice bran, and subtle, nutty oxidation, this is about as serious as Irish whiskey gets.
