Tasting Note:
Bright notes of vanilla alongside dark notes of charred oak make up the nose. Much of this carries through to the palate, with vanilla bean, crème brûlée, stewed blueberries, and butterscotch creating a lovely ensemble. A long, spicy heat on the finish.
