Tasting Note:
Pervasive and toasted on the nose with salted peanut shells, preserved lemon, dried herbs, oats, and peppered, smoked beef. Smoky and umami on the palate with hints of roasted peanut, tamarind, and earthy leather. Very exotic, and slightly spicy.
