Tasting Note:
Delicate on the nose with aromas of wildflower, lemon zest, waxy green apple, and white peppercorn. On the palate it has full, round bubbles with candy green apple, citrus, and minerals. The finish is fruity, but balanced, with minerals and citrus pith.
