Tasting Note:
Blood red color is nearly opaque. The nose is acutely peppery, pruny, raisiny, tannic, leathery, even a little pipe tobacco-like, but alluring and dense. Taste profile is toasted, roasted, beany, oaky, vanilla-like, forest floor-like, concentrated. Concludes extra long, silky, viscous, peppery.
