Aromas of nutmeg, dried apricots, and subtle dried lavender are upfront. It is medium bodied in the mouth with well integrated herbal flavors of lemon basil, dill, lime zest, and subtle vanilla, with a lingering minerality that develops during the floral, dry finish.
