Tasting Note:
This displays classic champagne notes of mushroom, baked pear, and hints of toasted hazelnut before taking a turn for the exotic in the form of clove, banana, and yellow plum, and hints of bouillon. Supple rather than incisive, it's generous but graceful on the palate.
