Tasting Note:
Pretty straw/yellow color. Distinct aromatic touches of lemon peel, citrus/pineapple, and flinty chalk highlight the Chablis-like bouquet. On palate, there are engaging flavors of pineapple, apple tart, and lemon curd. Altogether lovely, from start to steely finish.
