Tasting Note:
The aromas are earthy, with hints of funk behind the fresh apple notes. In the mouth it is dry, with a hint of sweet ripe apple and plenty of earthy forest floor. The gentle bubbles are very fine, creating a pleasant tongue tingling texture.
