Tasting Note:
Mineral rich soil is decidedly earthy on the delicately aromatic nose. Impeccably balanced tangy red berries, both fresh and dried, mixes with dried green herbs and hints of black pepper to create satisfying layers of flavors. The finish is satiny dry.
