All the things that we like in a Cotes du Rhone are represented in this wine. The nose has an attractive balance between earthiness and ripe red fruit. On the palate, roasted strawberries and cherries mingle with crushed peppercorn, forest soil and a hint of black olive. A perfect food companion.
