Tasting Note:
Medium straw tint in the glass. Fresh and also refreshing with a soft nose of wet rocks, rose petals, fresh oregano, lemons, citrus blossom, and underripe peach. Much fuller in the mouth with raw almonds, pine nuts, lime zest, sweet grass, olive juice, and briny acidity. Surprising depth and balance.
