Tasting Note:
Fresh ripe fruit meld with sweet citrus on the nose. Citrus blossom, Gala apple, yellow cherries, sweet orange and melon are present in the mouth with a finish of soft acidity and barely there minerality. Serve on its own or pair with a wide variety of cheeses.
