This is sake on a whole new level with intense and focused aromatics of lychee, water chestnut, toasted cashew, ripe banana, mushroom, quince, and pineapple. Beautifully textured with slight oxidation, the flavors rival the nose with a long, mineral-laden finish. Absolutely exquisite.
