Tasting Note:
Strong aromas of spearmint jump out the glass in an almost Fernet-style. The complex flavors include rhubarb, bitter orange peel, gentian, and root beer. While there is a sweetness on the attack, it finishes on the dry side, with a slight burnt walnut bitterness.
