Tasting Note:
Despite the high proportion of rye, the dominant aromas are that of corn mash, with fresh-sliced red apple, caramel, and sweet cinnamon. Fiery and bright, there is more cinnamon apples and the peppery rye peeks out at the end to finish on a spicy note.
