Caramel candy, toffee, gingerbread, and apple cider aromas pour from the glass. Cascading flavors of toasted sourdough, white pepper spice, white grapefruit peel, grilled honeydew, and vanilla-frosted gingerbread cookie interweave through to the long finish. Very fine and long.
