The Sherry cask maturation has given this whisky deep flavors of roasted hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, dried dates, and sea spray. Full-bodied with a rich mouthfeel, the malty notes of mulled apple, butterscotch, and Manuka honey finish off on bitter notes of pecan and dried tobacco.
