Tasting Note:
Classic, malt aromas of barley syrup, toffee, and date are accented by hints of barbecue smoke, broken pencil, and charred asparagus. Medium-bodied, with baked apple, quince, and fig ,all kissed by marks of the grill, which shows the influence of the Mezcal cask.
