It’s hard not to be drawn in by this Bourbon’s rich aromas of freshly set leather, vanilla bean, and stewed pears. But on each subsequent sip, complex layers of flavor become apparent, reminiscent of tarte tatin and spiced candied walnuts that sing through a lingering finish.
