Tasting Note:
Notes of toasted agave are up front on the nose, followed by floral and herbaceous aromas. Barrel aging provides a smoothness of the palate, as flavors of baked pineapple, dried mango, and sliced jalapeño come through beside hints of vanilla bean and herbaceous mint.
