Tasting Note:
Deep, wooden notes of cedar chest and old leather sit atop cherry, plum, and red apple skin aromas. Light and cheery on the palate, there are brighter notes of dried orange peel and vanilla pastry cream, but the finish leads back into cinnamon and clove spice.
