Luscious and ripe aromas of kiwi, guava, steamed rice, Castelvetrano olive, and shiso leaf fill the nose. At first savory and piquant on the palate, mango and under ripe strawberry sneak in before a slightly peppery, spicy finish that is dotted with hints of melon.
