Patricia Lowden has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Based in the beautiful Hudson Valley, she fell in love with all things food and flavor, focusing on fresh seasonal ingredients. She was a partner & chef at the former Hopped Up Café in High Falls, NY as well as the Executive Chef at Gardiner Liquid Mercantile in Gardiner, NY. Deciding to take her experience from the kitchen to the front of the house, she applies her unique perspective to the world of spirits and cocktails as the current Beverage Director and Head Bartender at Mama Roux in Newburgh, NY. She recently completed the Bar 5 Day program and is looking forward to the many adventures and experiences the beverage industry provides.
