Elayne Duff is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years within the beverage and alcohol industry. Working for the two largest drinks companies in the world AB-‐InBev and Diageo wine and spirits she has earned a solid track record of developing and implementing successful programs to drive brand growth, advocacy and customer/trade loyalty for brands such as Goose Island Beer, Cîroc Vodka, Tanqueray Ten, Bulleit Bourbon & Don Julio Tequila.
On top of that, Elayne's infectious passion for cocktails and polished presentation skills made her Diageo's go-‐to person for media, being one of the most-‐requested mixology experts on Spike TV's hit "Bar Rescue" show as well as being Andy Cohen's favorite bartender on-‐set for "Watch What Happens Live!" In September 2017, Elayne decided to strike out on her own and created her consultancy company, Duff on the Rocks, LLC, delivering on-‐trade solutions for brands big and small. When Elayne is not advising brands, you can find her mixing up cocktails on TV, developing training programs for the "Liquor Lab" or mentoring brand ambassadors.
Elayne lives in NYC with her husband, daughter, their Gecko named Dave and a fish named Freddy.
