Brian Bevilacqua currently works at the recently opened Logan Hotel in the heart of Philadelphia. He has spent 17 years in the industry as a bartender, instructor, and manager at several of the city's best restaurants. In his role as Bar Director at the Logan, he is responsible for 3 busy upscale bars, including The Commons, Urban Farmer, and the establishment's rooftop oasis, Assembly.
Brian is originally from the rural Pinelands of southern New Jersey, but he spent much of his adult life living in California and a substantial portion of his bar career working the casinos in Lake Tahoe, NV. He is also an award-winning bartender and is a proud graduate of the BAR 5-Day and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award. When he is not working in the bar, Brian enjoys leading whiskey and spirit classes and traveling the world to expand his knowledge and experience international spirits and bar cultures beyond our own.
