Tasting Note:
Solid topaz/amber color. Owns pleasingly spicy upfront aromas that feature more of the rye grain than wood, mostly in the form of unseeded rye bread. In the mouth the dry, mineral-like flavor profile touts black pepper and dry breakfast cereal in equal measure. Finishes brief to medium long, dry, peppery, and beany.
