Tasting Note:
Pungent, earthy, and wildly aromatic. Smoked meat, pineapple, fire-roasted herbs, and bouillon come to mind. The palate is decidedly more fruit-forward with exotic melon and mango backed by sea salt, fresh cream, and campfire. Utterly complex and delicious.
