Tasting Note:
A very cool nose blending the base-y, round characteristics of a fine Demerara rum with a spicy rye-forward profile. Hard butterscotch candy, sea salt, and pineapple come to mind. Opulent and sweet on the palate with a touch of fruit and bitter herbs.
