Tasting Note:
This whiskey pours a very attractive color reminiscent of cured cherry wood. The nose reveals notes of dark chocolate covered raisins, forest floor, red corn, and dried berries. The palate has bright intensity filled with red fruit coulis and a lingering white pepper spice.
