Tasting Note:
Exploding minerality is pronounced on the nose but it quickly gives into a sooting, ripe pear and papaya puree aromas. The palate is incredibly smooth, with a silky mouthfeel. The sweet flavors of tropical fruit linger through the finish and are pleasant.
