Tasting Note:
On the nose it is a wonderful display of sweet red berries and savory aromas of dried oregano, ripe tomato, and pink peppercorn. On the palate it has a fine mousse and more red berry fruits backed by minerals and a savory edge. The finish is dry, crisp, and mineral with red berries.
