A clean, subtle nose of honey, almond and citrus blossom rise up from the glass. Bright tropical fruits come forward immediately on the palate with kiwi, Meyer lemon, and a whisper of nutmeg and vibrant minerality. There’s but a hint of white pepper to finish.
