Tasting Note:
Vanishingly ethereal, the nose presents white flower, lemon pith, and crisp green apple. These give way to a light mineral tones, pear and grapefruit, and subtle suggestions of alkalinity. Great textural presence without the density of fruit that usually comes with it.
