Tasting Note:
A decadent style Cabernet with plenty of smoky cassis fruit, leathery tannins, and roasted cedar and vanilla flavors, but also assertive acidity and delicate structure. Although delicious now, I believe these factors will prove a long life ahead if you can keep your hands off.
