Tasting Note:
An almost impenetrable ruby in the glass, this bold wine is rife with aromas of toasted cocoa nibs, cassis, dried thyme, smoked beef, and wild mint. Reminiscent of classic wines from Bordeaux on the palate with blackberry, smoke, and spice. Very distinguished.
