Tasting Note:
The color is of lemon-green with hints of gold, suggesting richness and complexity. On the nose it opens with refreshing, mineral mountain air character. The sake takes a much more pronounced, spicy tone on the palate. Notes of ginger spice, dried apricots and roasted mustard seeds lead into a long, warm finish.
