This pale gold colored wine has classic old world style aromatics of apple skin, crushed oyster shell, and chalk followed subtle notes of wood spice, vanilla beans and burned sugar. The palate is rich and filling with more fresh orchard flavors, but a crisp, dry finish that features plenty of tangy minerality.
