Tasting Note:
In the glass this wine shows light, golden apple skin colored highlights and lifted aromas of gooseberry jam, lemon pith, grapefruit leaf, and dried pineapple. On tasting there are vigorously refreshing notes of sea salt and the wines finishes with a hint of citrus oil.
