Tasting Note:
Incredibly classic, this wine noses aromas of baked apple, lemon curd, butter pastry dough, vanilla bean, and a hint of lime flower. The palate is rich with more layers of orchard fruit, but expertly balanced with an iodine tinged acidity to provide freshness.
