Tasting Note:
The nose here is of cedar and sandalwood, with buttery brioche and toasted wheat. Powerful and rich on the palate, some water releases more fruit flavors of sour cherry and Mirabelle plum. The finish has some drying tannin giving some extra grip to the spirit.
