Tasting Note:
Incredibly bright and floral Mezcal with hints of apple blossom, grapefruit pith, papaya, sea spray, and clotted cream. Very fresh on the palate, with gobs of citrus and poached pear alongside savory, vegetal notes. It finishes with notes of fennel and pepper, and persists on the palate.
