Tasting Note:
Vanilla crumb cake, caramel, sea salt, grilled peach, charred oak, and bitter dark chocolate appear at the nose. There is a juicy quality to this rum that evokes ripe stone fruit an even melon. Wonderfully flavorful on the palate with fine wood tannin.
