Tasting Note:
The nose comes through as being crisp and clean with notes of wet slate, lemon peel, cardamom, and orange blossom. The palate is crispy, dry and incredibly clean with gentle suggestions of citrus and cut grass. A fine choice for a dry martini with a lemon twist.
