Tasting Note:
A fruit forward bourbon with a nose featuring black plum, blackberry, black cherry with a suggestion of grapefruit zest. The expression of fruit is soon followed by shadings of cocoa powder, espresso, and maple syrup. Smooth on the palate with discrete fine wood tannin lend itself to a mellow, yet lasting finish.
