Tasting Note:
Big peat smoke wafts out the glass carrying aromas of caramel apples, peach pie, and toasted pecans. Full-bodied and silky in texture, the smoke is dominant, but has nice undercurrents of ripe stone fruit and baking spice of nutmeg and clove.
