Tasting Note:
This Bordeaux barrel-rested Blanco screams cooked agave on the nose with a slight oak astringency and a dankness from the coolness of the cellar. The minimal barrel aging complements the ripe agave sweetness and paints the tequila an ephemeral blush tone.
